Mazda Service Center FAQs

  • Does Liberty Mazda offer an overnight drop-off option?

  • Yes, we offer Night Drop for our Mazda service customers who need to drop off their vehicle after hours. Our overnight drop box is located on the side of the service drive entrance. We'll call you in the morning to confirm work to be performed.

  • Does Liberty Mazda offer towing assistance?

  • We refer our customers to Howes Towing. They can be reached at (978) 245-2468. Additionally, Mazda Roadside Assistance can be reached 24/7 at (800) 866-1998.

  • Are loaner cars available at Liberty Mazda?

  • Yes, however loaner vehicles are available by reservation only and are based on availability.

  • Does Liberty Mazda offer a shuttle service?

  • Yes, we have a shuttle service that's available to all customers. Our shuttle will travel locally within a 10-mile radius from our Wakefield Mazda dealer.

  • Can I service my off-make vehicle at a Mazda service center?

  • The Liberty Mazda service center offers general car maintenance and auto repair work on most off-brand vehicles by appointment.

  • What's the Mazda factory warranty?

  • New Mazda vehicles come with a 3-year/36,000-mile New Vehicle Limited Warranty and a 5-year/60,000-mile Powertrain Limited Warranty. These vehicles also come with a 3-year/36,000-mile 24/7 Roadside Assistance Program.

  • What does my Mazda extended warranty cover?

  • Please contact our service staff to verify coverage of your extended warranty.

  • Is there an OEM Mazda maintenance plan?

  • Currently there is not a standardized Mazda maintenance plan included with the purchase of a new vehicle, though Liberty Mazda does honor Extended Maintaining plans. Please contact our Mazda service staff to verify your coverage.

  • What should I do if my Mazda gets a recall notice?

  • If you receive a recall notice, please contact Tom Robinson, Service Manager, to schedule a repair. Based on the nature of the recall repair and parts availability, you may need to leave your vehicle for an extended period of time.

  • When should I come in for Mazda maintenance?

  • Liberty Mazda follows the Recommended Maintenance outlined in your Mazda Owner's Manual. Please contact our service team with any questions.
